Overview

Project Overview

Metro Tech Administrative System is a large-scale enterprise web application built for telecom infrastructure operations. The platform manages the full lifecycle of field jobs across Monroe and Concord, including job creation, assignment, coordination, billing progression, and archival.

This is a production system handling high-volume real operational data with multiple user roles, job types, and workflow states.

Problem Statement

Telecom infrastructure companies run hundreds of parallel jobs across large service areas. Without a centralized platform, teams rely on fragmented sheets and manual coordination, causing delays, billing confusion, poor status visibility, and limited operational accountability.

Solution

A unified full-stack administrative system was built to centralize job operations, user management, billing visibility, and historical archiving.

Key Highlights

  • Enterprise telecom operations platform managing around 19,000+ job records
  • Six dedicated job-type modules with unified schema and region-aware data context
  • Real-time dashboard combining status metrics, activity logs, ECD tracking, and billing visibility
  • Role-based access control with Admin, Owner, Editor, and Viewer permission tiers
  • Full billing-to-archive lifecycle tracking with searchable operational history
  • Scalable table architecture with server-side pagination, filtering, sorting, export, and print
