Imlaak (Jan 2021 – Aug 2021), developed at EmporionSoft Pvt Ltd, is a cutting-edge classified property application and international real estate consultancy platform designed to revolutionize the way users search for and list properties. As Team Lead and Developer, I led the effort to integrate innovative features such as clickable pins on JPEG maps, delivering detailed property information efficiently. Imlaak provides 360 solutions for real estate investors, combining asset management with a seamless digital experience.

Problem: • Inefficient Property Searches: Traditional platforms overwhelm users with unfiltered listings, making it challenging to locate desired properties quickly. • Lack of Visual Property Representation: Current solutions often rely on basic map integration or textual descriptions, failing to provide an engaging and accurate property visualization.

Solution: • Enhanced Search Filters: Implemented advanced filters based on property type, price, location, and more. Designed an intuitive interface ensuring ease of use for all users. • Map Integration with JPEG Pinpoints: Developed a custom map-based property representation using JPEG images. Enabled clickable pins on maps to display detailed property insights, including price, square footage, and contact details, without redirecting users.
